We have no Return/ Exchange policy. All items are checked carefully before packing and ensured that its not damaged.
Although, if you have received any Damaged/ Tampered / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for returns
Make unboxing video while opening the parcel. No defect/damages in product will be considered without opening video and you have to send the video within 24 hours after receiving parcel.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement.
Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 5-7 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.
Shipping Fee within India
Free shipping on cart value of ₹999 or above. Alternately, flat ₹69 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹999. This shipping fee is non refundable.
Note: Free shipping is ONLY applicable to pincodes that are serviced by our logistics partners. In the case that your pincode is un-serviceable, an additional shipping charge will apply to your order. Our team will get in touch with you and inform you of the same before dispatching your order.
For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
